How to book
The reservation is definitively booked when the deposit of 30% of the total agreed is been send 10 days after the booking, otherwise the reservation isn't valid.

Cancellation policies
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of late arrival or earlier departure the total price of the reservation will be charged.
